After reading several other paid surve sites, I decided to join Quality Health (Go to: Review, Quality Health) today. Their form started out to be very simple and straight forward. The registration form went on for pages and pages and pages of health and medical questions. The one thing that I did not like (besides the 12+ pages of questions) was that 3 separate times I was required to click on a link that opened a page for a coupon before I could continue with the registration.
The form was long and very detailed; however, it appears to be a good source for lots of free samples and more surveys. Hopefully, there will be more to come.
